Счетчики имеют выходной переключающийся контакт, срабатывание которого сигнализирует о достижении предустановленного значения длины или числа оборотов. Предустановка посредством пяти кнопок. Мерное колесо на валу счётчика размещено снизу под рабочим столом (на фото его не видно), к нему прижимается ковровое покрытие с помощью ролика, свободно закреплённого сверху на прижимном рычаге.
